I’m Kelly, a qualified positive psychology coach, plant centric chef, and movement guide who’s spent years helping people reconnect with what feels good in their bodies. I work with people through coaching, cooking, movement and events. I’ve also created a stack of free recipes that are here for you to enjoy and share, my gift to you to help you get inspired and get started.

This is my gift to you, a stack of recipes born from years of working in food. From running a food business, feeding my own family, working with clients, businesses and brands, to simply cooking for the people I love. It comes from a deep belief in the power of food and its connection to how we feel and function… for our health, our happiness and our quality of life.
